ABOUT ME
Caroline Bishop, Founder and Therapist
I received my Master's degree from UAB in 2018 and received my LPC in 2022. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” approach. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking next to you during the tough seasons of life. I prefer to integrate Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, and Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy into sessions. I love incorporating humor, metaphors, and options for problem-solving into my sessions as well.
I am quirky, energetic, and enjoy thinking out of the box for solutions. I have experience with every age group concerning issues of ADHD, adjustment struggles, anxiety, communication skills, conflict resolution, depression, divorce, parenting tools, stress management, transitions, and trauma.
